When it comes to Coorg cuisine, I have been called a specialist. This has led to my being approached to work with teams at restaurants during food festivals.
I have worked with the Taj Fisherman’s Cove in 2005, at their Kodava Food festival. The festival was intended to be weekend event, but had to be extended to four whole weeks, due to the overwhelming response!
In 2010, I was asked to consult at the Coorg Food Festival at the Taj Club House.
The Kodava food festival at Novotel, Chamiers road in 2019 was a more recent festival i helped curate.
