When it comes to Coorg cuisine, Smitha is a specialist. This has led to her being approached to work with the teams at restaurants during food festivals.

She has worked with the Taj Fisherman’s Cove in 2005, at their Kodava Food festival. The festival was intended to be weekend event, but had to be extended to four whole weeks, due to the overwhelming response!

In 2010, Smitha was asked to consult at the Coorg Food Festival at the Taj Club House.

Smitha is approached by various restaurants and eateries for inputs and suggestions on Coorg food.
