The meals can be customized to be either a purely Kodava (Coorg) meal or a mix of items from the menu to suit all pallets. The meal (lunch or dinner) usually has items covering salad, soup, fruit drink, starters, main course and desserts.
Salad, lemon-ginger-jaggery juice, chicken/ mutton cutlets, Palputtu and chicken curry, Pulav and pachdi, Kadumbuttu and pork curry, Kuskus (Poppy seed) and almond Kheer.
Ranch salad, soup, fruit mocktail, mini-tartlets, chicken nuggets, chicken/ mutton/fish bake, chicken-spinach-mushroom pie or quiche, dressed chicken/ baked fish, dessert of choice.
Salad, juice, corn-cheese-spinach tartlets, cutlets, batter-fried baby corn, baked mushroom and cauliflower, stuffed peppers, au-gratin and garlic bread/ shahi paneer and parathas, pie/ katti rolls and dessert
all prices are per head. minimum of five people and a maximum of ten.
